Following planning approval, you may need building control approval for the works. There are two main applications:

What will it cost?
Here at CHP Architecture we want to be open and transparent where we can and give you a guide on pricing. Here is a brief cost for a small extension/loft conversion domestic projects:

£850 small 3 bed house for rear extension

£1050 House with extension and roof dormer

£900 permitted development for rear building/outbuilding (gym,office,studio etc)
All projects differ but we do try to keep close to the above and this gives you an idea of what to expect our fee's to be.
There is no VAT chargeable. Bonus!
